Synopsis:
    Bugs and Elmer invade a performance of The Barber of Seville and provide their own lyrics to Rossini's music.
Most Telling Moment:
    Bugs puts Figaro Fertilizer on Elmer's head, causing it to sprout flowers. Bugs holds the mirror in front of Elmer, and as he watches the stems grow, he believes it to be hair. He is so excited until the flowers burst into bloom. Poor Elmer-- all he wants is some hair on that bald head of his!
